Hello, my name is Jennifer – the founder of Blissretreat. For over 20 years, I have been guiding individuals on their journey toward physical health, mental clarity, and emotional well-being.

My passion for holistic living began with my training in traditional Hatha Yoga. I had the privilege to study in Amsterdam, Los Angeles, Thailand, and India, where I learned to blend ancient techniques with modern approaches. This diverse background allows me to create sessions that are adaptable, practical, and deeply transformative.

Over the years, I have developed a personal philosophy: that true wellness comes from the balance between body and mind. I believe that movement, breathing, nutrition, and self-reflection are powerful tools to reconnect with our true selves.
